Outfit details: Faithfull White Linen Pants; Anthropologie Ruffled Top; white cableknit sweater (similar here); Matisse boots.
I’ve been getting more into style lately. Maybe it’s because we’re in New York, or maybe it’s because I’m still without many clothes (most of our belongings are in storage in Amsterdam!). Whatever the reason, I was inspired to bring this off-the-shoulder white top and white linen pant ensemble with me to the Vermont Treehouse Airbnb we visited last weekend.

I’ve never owned linen pants before, even though I’ve always wanted them. I don’t know why I waited so long. I love light, loose clothing – it’s easier to pack, it’s comfortable, and it always tends to look more stylish than your average pair of jeans. These pants are great because they’re so versatile and can be dressed up or down.
We may have been in the snow, but when the sun came out it was our first taste of spring this year! We’re headed off to India next, and I’ll definitely be packing this outfit for our trip. As Jacob knows best I’m notorious for spilling food (one of my top must-have travel items is definitely a set of stain remover pens), so we’ll see how this all-white outfit fares…until then, it’s my new favorite.
